Condition: Gut. Young art; vol. 6. 267 S.; Illustr.; 20 cm; kart. Gutes Ex.; Einband etwas berieben. - Texte Michael Noser. …

Hardcover. Condition: Sehr gut. Limitierte Ausgabe. B : 544 pages, numbered 322/500 & 436/500 - The engravings reproduce in "Anonymous Engravings on Ecstasy Pills" were designed by unknown people who abandoned them. In this book of drawings, Frédéric Post offers a piece of research worthy of a modern-times archaeologist. He collected and re-created these figures, conferring thus value to an underground iconography of over 500 signs. The classification of the drawings into three groups (figures, typography, symbols) was carried out with Izet Sheshivari, in remembrance of the work of Hans Rudolf Lutz. This collection shows elements of a visual folklore that hints at popular figures. All the copies feature a loporello embossing with all the figures. The book is publish with the support of the Fonds d'art contemporain de la Ville de Genève, Pro Helvetia Swiss Arts Council. We extend our thanks to Istituto Svizzero in Roma.…

Soft cover. Condition: As New. Very Good Condition - Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting. A typographic composition inspired by Shining accursed writer's manuscript in which only appears one sentence, constantly repeated: "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." All work and no play is a "phantom-literature book." This project by Nicolas Giraud unfolds beyond fiction, between writing and serial abstraction. This is the first edition of the typescript initiated by Jack Torrance in Stanley Kubrick's The Shining. The work is structured in two parts, the typescript and its analysis, thanks to which the original work and its critical approach hold a dialogue through a series of notes. Limited edition 029/250 numbered copies signed by the artist.…

Condition: Gut. [144] S. Ein gutes und sauberes Exemplar. - This Split Show couldn't have developped without the works of Susanne Burner Derek Sullivan, Alois Godinat, Jeremie Gindre, the artist unknown and Babak Radboy. I like to express my gratitude to all for taking part in this publication. Publishing a book is somehow similar to curating a show. The Split Show is a way to go further in this direction and to enable a collective art book. The idea is to ask the artists to keep in mind the final collective print as a guideline so that the book reflects the group dynamic. Each artist has a duplex 72 x 102 cm personal surface to express his work. Once folded this format becomes a 24 pages folio. The articulation of the folios in the book is like a game or a labyrinth. I hope you will lose yourself in this group labyrinth without any walls. ISBN 9782940409013 Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 550 Mit zahlr. auch farb. Abb. Originalhardcover. …

Condition: Gut bis sehr gut. 1. Auflage.
