The book is in near fine condition with just a trace of shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover. The pages are clean and unmarked. The cards are clean and unmarked. The first page of the notebook has some entries in pencil and the record sheet has some numbers in pencil. One corner of the label to the box is lifting and has slight wear to extremities.
