Quarto, hardcover, VG tho has a "middle school" stamp on inside cover, in bright blue and yellow pictorial boards. 110 pp. with b & w illustrations throughout. Henson was one of the first men to reach the North Pole in 1866. He joined a merchant ship at the young age of 13 and became a seaman, later to meet Robert Peary who explored the North Pole. Book.
