The author argues that this would lead to a more just and equitable society, where the poor and middle class would not be so heavily taxed and could more easily build wealth. The book provides a thorough historical and philosophical analysis of land ownership and its impact on society, and the author draws on a variety of sources to support their arguments. The author argues that land is a fundamental right that should be accessible to all, and that the current system of land ownership is unjust and unsustainable. They propose a new system of land ownership based on the principles of equality and justice, which they believe would lead to a more prosperous and equitable society.
