Copiously illustrated in colour and black and white throughout. Artists like Edward Ardizzone, E. Mcknight Kauffer, Graham Sutherland, Rex Whisler, Paul Nash, Lord Berners, Ben Nicholson were all commissioned to design advertising posters for Shell and are included in this collection.
