Original Cloth. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Hasted, Mike (illustrator). Reprint. Fingerprint Books edition. Originally published in hard covers by Harper in the US in 1935 and then by Hamish Hamilton in the UK later in the same year. The boards have a dent in the bottom edge of the front panel and another very light dent in the surface of the rear panel. Yellow stains to the top edges of the front and rear free endpapers but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. The price-clipped jacket has yellow spotting along the top edges of the front and rear panels and the top edges of the front and rear flaps. Jacket design by Mike Hasted.
