Provenance Background: Pencil note to false title page signed "CG" which probably relates to the inscriptions on the title page The title page is signed by author Lt Colonel "Peter Young 16th Foot" to Creighton Griffiths of the 7th Royal Welsh Fusilers, Indian Army Captain in the Garhwal Rifles . Book Resume: Colonel Young was the Commander of the 9th Bedoiun Regiment of the Arab Legion from 1953-1956 He was sacked in 1956 when Lt General Glubb overall Commander of the Arab Legion was dismissed by King Abdullah.
