He had the book sent to him in Cambridge Massachusetts from their Tucson, Arizona address. The photographers whose works are in the catalogue: Frank Eugene, Fritz Scholder, Verena von Gagern, Frederick Sommer, Ingo Maurer, Reiner Leist, Aubrey Beardsley, Atushi Ogawa, Jack Stuler.
