No dtae of publication given; probably published in the 1890s. 12mo. pp vii, 152. 33 colour plates including frontispiece (complete); monochrome illustrations in the text. Olive green cloth boards, lettered in black on front and spine and with vignette of grouse on front. Black endpapers…. Boards rubbed and soiled; corners bumped. Previous owner's name and address in pencil on title page; the odd spot elsewhere but mostly clean. Binding shaken, with gutters cracked in several places. G. Willis & R.E. Holding (illustrator).
