Pictorial DJ with white and black lettering. Title page not dated. Copyright page dated 2000. 159 pages. In very good condition. DJ has some very light staining on rear cover. Head and foot of spine bumped on book and DJ. Covers clean. Full page color flight posters throughout. Binding is stiff. SIGNED on title page by Jack Dickey (with short inscription), Willis Allen Jr., Bill (with short inscription), and Jack Rennert (with short inscription) on title page; signed and inscribed on front free endpaper by Kenneth Kales.
