    Hardcover. Condition: Fair. 2nd Edition. Black coloured hardback book, with silver title impressions on the spine and Engineering Degree Series emblem on front board. The book is in reasonably good condition, normal, wear, tear and marks apply consistent with use and and age. It is a well used book, with character and charm. Pen signature on inside board, some signs of wear to binding between title page and previous page and and after index page 585 is also showing a loose binding (just gauze showing through) and page 307/308 is torn at base. first published in 1927, second edition 1937 and this specific book is reprinted in 1948. 585 pages plus, all intact but a loose binding, all pages in good, clean, readable order. A fascinating book, ideal for anyone interested in engineering.
