Decorative Cloth. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Small folio, 13" tall, 52 pages + additional pages, orange cloth. Apparently limited to shareholders (copy #4) and issued to N.R.H. (N.R. Harrison). Includes special resolutions from 1897,1908, and 1929, modifying agreements up to 1927, with tipped-in carbon copies of proscribed price accountings, copies of forms, certificates, accounting balance sheets, audits, and all the rest a good stockholder might need or demand. A very good, clean, sturdy hard cover with light wear to boards and corners, hinges and binding solid but one insert loosened, light foxing to the endpapers, paper clean and cream white with some notations in ink and pencil. Note: Overseas shipping is quite expensive at present and likely more than the cost of the book.
