Previous owner's nice pre-printed bookplate on front pastedown, some offset toning to the blank front and rear end-pages, bleed-through from the glue used to back the pastedowns. Nevertheless, this is a particularly well-preserved copy of this rare edition. The book is clean and stain-free, sound and solid, complete and intact, square and straight, hinges undamaged, quite firm and tight in its binding. The cloth binding remains especially crisp and unworn, despite the aforementioned spots of wear. Internally Fine condition, all pages clean and stain-free, only faintly age-toned, no pages are loose, missing, wrinkled, folded, or torn.
