Rodgers, hardcover, green cloth with black titles & full-color plate pasted on front with the kids dressed in 1920's looking clothes, spine ends lightly bumped, top & bottom page edges lightly soiled, good+ dust jacket wit…h small pieces missing from corners & spine ends, a 1" closed tear at top of spine, spine a bit darkened, dust jacket protected in a new plastic cover, former owner's brief ink inscription on free front endpaper, frontispiece & one other illustration have partially pulled loose from the spine but are holding, otherwise contents clean & tight, book good+ (A very nice looking copy of this book with a really charming old-fashioned looking color illustration on front of dj and book.)
