Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. Fotos von Susie Knoll / Food-Fotos von Guy Hoffmann (illustrator). 2nd Edition. Second, 2006 edition of a book originally published 2003. Despite the English/French title, this attractive, square quarto cookbook, handsomely illustrated with color photos, is in fact entirely in the German language. (Linster, born 1955, owned and operated three restaurants in Luxembourg, a tiny nation which can brag three official languages -- French, German, and Luxembourgish. She was awarded a Michelin star in 1987, and In 1989 won the medal Bocuse d'Or, the first and (as of date of publication) only woman to do so. She has also been named Maître Cuisinier of Luxembourg, and was awarded the Gastronomic Golden Key by Gault et Millau in 1996.) Curiously -- not that we're objecting, we merely note that Luxembourg is landlocked -- the recipes here seems to call for a fair amount of fish, seafood, and even lobster. Der vollständige Text dieses Buches ist in deutscher Sprache. Reduced from $35.
