Many photos both in black and white and color. Includes a chronology of the game, and index. Essays on various aspects of the game by a variety of contributors. Book and dust jacket are in Fine condition. Laid in is is an invitation to the Westmoreland Country Club President's Ball of 1995. The invitation is addressed to Bill Milligan, President of the Club from 1949-1950, and signed by 15 later presidents of the Club. This oversize book will incur additional shipping charges.
