The text of "Memoirs of a Mercenary, or Master Johann Dietz, is taken from the manuscript in the Royal Library of Berlin. It was first published by Dr. Ernst Consentius in 1915, and this translation first appeared in 1923. A number of corrections and revisions have been made to this edition by the present editor. Set in Garamond by Wyvern Typesetting Limited and printed in Great Britain by The Bath Press on Southwark Antique Wove Paper. Another wonderful book from The Folio Society.
