Hardcover. Condition: Good. First Edition. Hardback. No Dust Jacket. 4to. pp lvi, 378. Original publisher's blue buckram over blue cloth, lettered gilt on spine and front cover with all edges gilt. Copiously illustrated in black and white throughout. This book is heavy, and delivery costs may be a consideration especially outside Britain. Very slightly faded at spine and slightly mottled at the lower edge and rear cover, otherwise clean, sound, close very good.
