Stiff wraps, slightly rubbed, pp. 32, illustrations, including colour. 'Joe Tilson has been making and exhibiting his constructions, drawings, prints and multiples for twenty-six years. As part of two major exhibitions in South Africa he has made a limited original print of an etching entitled 'Oak mantra'. Among the media in which he works he is acknowledged to be one of the foremost printmakers in England, and to mark the exhibitions and the publishing of Oak Mantra it was decided to document the different stages in the making of the print. The project was conceived and executed within the space of ten weeks. The catalogue has been broken into three sections interspersed with an interview Joe Tilson gave to Dan Cornwall-Jones in November 1981.'.
