Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. sm 8 vo, 335 pp. Eighth impression, of first edition. 1949. Green cloth, embossed title front cover, and gilt title on spine. No jacket. Decorated eps: maps of Miss Lee's Islands. Classical adventure stories for children. Previous owner's name light in pencil on half-title. Otherwise c…lean interior, no marks, no damage. Spine has slight roll, about an 1/8". Covers are a little faded, base of spine is darkened by something but I don't know what. See photos. Wonderful detail on the eps maps. Additional b/w illustrations in text. (illustrator).
