The backstrip is perished & the wraps are nearly detached. The wraps are bumped & chipped with some light creasing. There is a piece out of the front wrap at the tail of the spine and an ink name is penned on… the wrap's top edge. 40 pages. The page corners are lightly bumped & there are tears to the front edges of 4 leaves with tiny tears to 2 additional leaves. There are a very few pencil markings. Fair. Words and music for the musical numbers. In some of the numbers, the words as well as the music are by Kenneth S. Clark.
