On the left side of the envelope reads:"A Salute To American Prudence And Patriotism; Commemorating 25th Anniversary of U.S. Savings Bonds: Star-Spangled Security For Americans; 1941-1966; First Day Of Issue" by Fleetwood. The stamp is red, white & blue and represents the Statue of Liberty behind a waving American flag. There is an address on the front of the envelope in blue ballpoint and the flap of the envelope has been folded inside. To keep the envelope's shape, an index card is inside the envelope.
