Spines sunned, ex-parish with 'St Pius Priory' stamps to front pastedowns and title pages as only paraphernalia, otherwise all volumes entirely clean and sharp with fresh pages and tight, square bindings.

Leather. 1165p; 679p; xiii. A thick hardcover book bound in full red leather, rare thus. Very good condition. Little rub marks all over the spine. The edges are also rubbed and the head of the spine is a bit ragged, but otherwise, text clean and binding tight. Two volumes in one with section tabs and gilt page edges. We have sold multiple copies of this book over the decades but have never seen one in a leather binding.
