Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. POETRY OF INDUSTRIALIST/POET HY SOBILOFF IN THE DEEPEST AQUARIUM (1959) & BREATHING OF FIRST THINGS. I am pleased to be able to offer two small hard cover books, with the poetry of Hy Sobiloff. Both books were published by the Dial Press of New York, Aquarium in 1959 and First Things in 1963. Both books are 6 ¼ x 9 ¼ inches, Aquarium with 77 pages, and First Things with 125 pages. Condition: These two books are in very good condition. The dust jackets show some very minor wear, mostly bumping to the corners and spine tips. The hard covers are generally clean and barely bumped. There is s small hole in the rear gutter of Aquarium, probably from insect infestation but now gone. There is a newspaper clipping from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch of Oct. 25, 1964 laid-in to First Things which has stained the front endpaper but not too badly. All of the hinges are intact and the bindings are tight and sound. These books are not ex-library or remainders.
