Later Printing, No Date. Hardback with Dust Jacket. Book Condition is Very Good with minor wear at extremites. Great Blue cloth binding with embossed spine and wrap around. Jacket is Very Good with a small chip at top by the spine and a bit of edge wear top and bottom. Previous owners name and address and date (1937) on back of front board. (perhaps it is a first?). Interior is Very nice, tight and clean. 1164pp including rear index. The back advertising says 1206pp which includes the introduction. A great publication that cost $4 in the middle of the Depression. Priority Mail could be higher than abebooks quotes as it is Heavy. email or call if you have questions.

Eleven poems by Malcolm Cowley, published in the same year as his first book, six years before his first regularly published book Blue Juniata. Contributions from Norman Cabot, Grant Code, Jack Merten, Joel T. Rogers, R. Cameron Rogers, Royall Snow, and John Brooks Wheelwright. There had been a previous anthology published in 1917, with poems by Cummings and Dos Passos, hence the title. This copy is very good, spine thumbed, the name Evelyn Whitehouse with date on ffep; lacking the dustjacket.
