Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Full light reddish brown leather binding with color lettering on spine, matching marbled end papers and edges, 5 1/2 X 8 1/2 inches, 512 pages. Having a portrait + 26 full page humorous engravings by John Leech. The count of plates as called for on the title page, but lacking a plate… at page 264, as called for in the list of illustrations, also two plates in different places. Edges rubbed, Very good, bright. Internally very clean. Plates crisp and bright.
