Two individual albumen paper photographs (each approximately 82 × 74 mm), mounted on a plain stereocard (approximately 88 × 175 mm); the photographer's inkstamp ('Thos. Sladdin | Photo.') is on the verso. tiny mark to one photograph; in excellent condition. Davies and Stanbury record 'Thomas Sladden (Sladdin)' working as a photographer at three locations in SA: Littlehampton (1890-91); Sedan, 1892-94; and Lyndoch, 1895-1900 (with his brother John). Littlehampton is the closest of the three to Murray Bridge.…
