The author was also largely responsible when Solicitor to the Corporation of London for the sale of the Old London Bridge to the Americans. VG/Good (Book- No notable shelf wear or soiling to boards. Annotations in ink by the author to numerous pages as above + one topic related press cutting cellotaped in and a page from "The Estates Review" from March 1954 reporting on a discussion following on from a paper by Lord Justice Denning entitled "Equity and the Citizen" on which Heap spoke, loosely laid in.
