Dust Jacket Condition: VG-Fine. 1st ed. xiii+233, 8 col.'plates' on 4 pp. ex-pagination, numerous text ills numbered by chapter and several full page protraits inc. in text. Book seems to be pristine, though trivial hint only of spine end rubbing; unclipped jacket clean and unworn but spine and top front edge regions fading from light yellow to white, top back edge curling but undamaged, will add protective sleeve when ordered. Apparently very scarce. Hering, who opposed the theory, does not get a mention in the index, somewhat oddly. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range. Size: 16 Cms x 24 Cms.
