The earliest painting in this catalog dates to 1937, already demonstrating a clear vision and unique aesthe4tic statement. The essay is built on statements by the artists and insight into the paintings, in a clear accessible format. Rare and will no doubt become even more collectible in the future as Still will remain a key 20th century artist. Oblong format folio.
