Condition: Very Good. 98pp. (cream spine). 2000. First edition. A lovely very good copy in original laminated boards. A couple of bumps to the upper board edges and a bump with an associated rub mark to the tail of the spine. The spine is a little faded. A very good, clean, tight fresh copy.
