Creasing at the top corners and along the top edges of the front and back covers and the covers have some light surface wear. Browning to the page edges with two small dark marks to the top edges. The text block has split at some time and this has been repaired with a piece of tape along the inner edges of pages 98 and 99 and another piece at pages 158 and 159. the pages are browned with some creasing to the top corners but otherwise unmarked.
