Decorative staining to top edges. Illustrated pastedowns and endpapers. Colour frontispiece. Illustrated with 2 colour plates. Profusely illustrated throughout with black and white plates and with monochrome line drawings. Illustrated with two fold-out plans. No dustjacket. Spine lightly tanned. Boards partially discoloured along their inside edges. Some slight soiling to upper board. Top corner of fore edge of upper board bumped. Bottom edge of upper board and top corner of fore edge of lower board lightly bumped. Decorative staining dulled. Overall, the book is in a good condition. (Yet its contents are in a very good condition).
