Pretty nice copy, sound binding w/ hinges intact, generally clean inside and out, spine rolls forward a bit, some wear at the spine ends (mostly at the heel…) and spine cloth some fading (to a light orange). This copy warmly inscribed to friends on the second blank page (incl "Hope the wait was worth it" and "Love and smooches, Keith"). Newspaper article laid-in ("Local Woman Writes of Alaskan Life") that includes a photo of the author with her sister. Author, as Keith Koch, graduated from So. St. Paul High School & Hamline University. Book reflects on living in Alaska for seven years with her husband Archie. Humorous vignette cartoons, title page and each of the 30 chapter heads.
