Hardcover. First Printing of the Revised and Enlarged Edition. 7 x 10in. 262pp. Publisher's cloth boards. Profusely illustrated and sumptuously produced. VERY GOOD. Shows marginal shelf rubbing of the extremities, endpapers evenly toned along the margins, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text remains clean and unmarked, and the boards are bright and distinct. As pictured.
