Condition: Fair. 1881. No Edition Remarks. 475 pages. Fully bound in leather. Volume I. Heavy cracking to joints. Minor foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges and free endpapers. Pencil inscription to front free endpaper. Hinges are heavily cracked, exposing netting and causing boards to be loose. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with noticeable rubbing, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavy tanning with visible splitting and crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.

Condition: Good. An ex-libris sticker with previous owners name on has been stuck on first blank page and a library stamp on title page. Also a lot of ink marks on outer edge of pages and some slight shelf wear. Content is fine. Book has been rebound.
