(This is also the way Chef MacPherson signs his hand-written "Menu(s)…of the Day.") A biography of Chef MacPherson's travels and development, from Canada to Malaysia to Raffles in Singapore to the Wynn Macau to Las Vegas to The Merrywell at Crown Melbourne in Australia, with a fair number of recipes and some elegant food photography. A good-sized hardcover quarto of 9 X 13 inches, appears never to have had a dust jacket, not paginated but about 176 pp. May cost extra to ship "Priority" or outside the U.S. Reduced from $21.
