Large format, 9" x 12 1/4", bound in green paper covered boards with gilt lettering on upper board; unpaginated. Page block beginning to tear away (1/4") from the pastedown at the staples, and spine slightly faded. Dust jacket is clear stiff plastic which is rubbed and has one 3" vertical scratch on front panel. Work commissioned by the Junior Women's Committee of the Toronto Symphony and first performed in 1973. This work has been arranged for piano.
