Hardcover. Condition: Near fine. No dj, as issued. Wildschut, Henk / Wouda, Ramond (illustrator). First Edition. 24 x 31cm unpaginated near fine hardback with decorated boards: front the sea, rear, a worker partially covered in oil. Signed , top right on the title page by Wouda. Some text, many colour reproductions of the photographs taken by Wildschut and Wouda. From the synopsis of the book: 'Even though Raimond Wouda and I are living in Amsterdam we realised that we didn't know anything about our city's harbour. The port has been, and still is, a very important part of the city. In 2002 we decided to join each other on a photographic investigation of the harbour. We started from the viewpoint of a sailor sailing into the port of Amsterdam. Imagining what this sailor would see from his ship, Raimond took landscape pictures from ships sailing into the port op of Amsterdam. I went into the docks and met the workers.'.
