Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Assume 1st ed. Attractive binding in glue cloth spine, blue and white hessian boards with printed title label to fr. and gilt sp. lettering, very tiny rub to bottom corner of spine, otherwise pristine. Top edge black. f/piece cartoon + 96, numerous cartoon illustratio…ns throughout, mostly full page; only internal fault is a 'Xmas 1937' gift inscription to front end-paper, which is actually useful as no pub. date on t.p., so assume this was 1937. Unclipped jacker rather a wreck as top third of back missing, though most of it slipped inside back cover, various other edge nicks and chips plus some surface marks (inevitable perhaps as it is white with black printing and illustration to front). Will repair this as best I can and add protective sleeve when ordered. Apparently fairly scarce.13 cm x 20 cm. FULLER, Alison (illustrator).
