First edition, limited to 1500 copies, this being one of 500 signed by the authors. *Traces the history of Sydney's oldest surviving dwelling, the two-storied stone barrack built in 1816, on the west side of Sydney Cove for the Coxswain and Crews of the Government Boats. With loosely inserted related ephemera.
