Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Bound in green cloth with gilt title to front cover by the Palm Beach Historical Society with the contribution of Ruby Edna Pierce's nephew, John Richard Pierce. The original front wrap, which is bound in, has a previous owner's tape repair across the center of the palm tree (see image). Over…all a nice copy with no defacements. Scarce. circa 10.75 x 15.75 in (27.5 x 40 cm).
