Hardcover. 1st edition. VG book, no DJ. FINE text BUT: text block fore edge with light scattered foxing spots. Maps check marked on several pages. Thick 4to, 1137pp. Marroon cloth with bright gilt spine lettering. Overall excellent condition. despite book's heft corners are perfectly square; no rubbing, bumping or spine end fraying & tearing. No loose pages. ZERO aging, foxing, soiling etc. VG book, no DJ. 85 p bibliography of cartography at book's end.
