Contact seller5-star sellerHardcover. Condition: Good Plus. Two Volumes. Rare edition published by B. Dornin. Only one other for sale on the Internet. Both volumes are nicely, tightly bound, meaning that the pages in both volumes are nicely, tightly bound from cover to cover without exception. That is in regard to the text pages. The front covers, however, of both volumes are detached, and the first two blank end papers of Volume 1 are detached. The rear covers on both volumes are solidly attached. There are small losses on both spines (see photo). The pages in both volumes are in very good condition. They are quite clean. They are not foxed. In Volume 1 there are probably a couple dozen or so small tan spots. In Volume 2, even less. In addition, there is a brown stain on part of the middle page edge of Volume 1 and it can be seen just off the outer edge of the pages, not reaching the print in any instance. It begins around page 190 and continues through to the end of the book. In one of the volumes I saw a thin loss off the top edge of one page, not reaching the print. I saw no more than a couple of small tears. There's also a sliver of loss at part (the lower third) of the middle edge of the title page of Volume 1. There are a number of photographs within oval shapes in each volume. The shadows of those images can be seen on their facing text pages. There are no markings in the books. No attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere.…
