From the library of Robert Gillmor with his name to the endpaper. Gillmor was great friends with Peter Scott. A two-month expedition in search of the rare Ross's geese on the Perry River in Canada's North-West Territories. Robert Gillmor 1936-2022 was a British ornithologist, artist, illustrator, author, and editor. He was a co-founder of the Society of Wildlife Artists and was its secretary, chairman and president. He contributed to over 100 books, and received numerous awards. Book is very good+ and bright. Spine a little lightened. Contents good. The wrapper is very good and quite bright.
