First Edition
First edition. Hardcover. Large quarto-size. Fine in very good dustjacket with a touch of fading along the bottom of the back panel & lower part of the spine, not affecting any lettering. A beautiful and scholarly book (Paxton is from the Australian Museum in Sydney and Eschmeyer is from the California Academy of Sciences), happily a blend of stunning colour photographs and colour illustrations by artist David Kirshner, augmented by maps and other diagrams/tables. This heavy book will cost more to send overseas, than any default postage rate noted (approximately $40 US Surface Mail).
