Brossura edit. stampata.(12600) Questo piccolo libro, la cui prefazione è del dicembre 1923, apparve pochi mesi dopo la morte di Pareto (agosto 1923), di cui Cappa fu allievo ed estimatore. Approfondisce soprattutto l'importanza delle sue analisi sociologiche, anche alla luce degli eventi del primo dopoguerra. Cappa vuole anche confutare una presunta vicinanza di Pareto al nascente regime fascista. Alberto Cappa (1903-43), giornalista e saggista di famiglia canavesana, morì nel 1943 durante la ritirata di Russia.Lanzillotta, n. 37. Tiratura di ca. 1.000 esemplari.
