The more times we read the more awareness we will get gaining purity and clarity in our thought process. It gives you an ability to see every situation and experience in a right perspective. As Gita spoken by the Lord, if it is read with concentrated mind possessing faith, reverence and devotion, we can understand the virtues, glory and secrets of God and finally realize the purpose of our life. Sri Vedavyasa, after describing the Gita in the Mahabharata, said in the end: -The Gita should be carefully studied, i.e. after reading the text, its meaning and idea should be gathered and held in the mind. It sprung from the lotus like lips of Bhagavan Vishnu Himself, from whose navel sprung the other elaborate scriptures?
