B-format paperback (20 X 13 cm. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. 389pp incl epilogue by the editors and two appendices. Contributors include Hal Colebatch, Ann Duffield, Anthony Ley, Leslie R. Marchant and Patrick Mugliston. Tanning to the pages and light soiling to the edges of the text block. Light general wear to the card covers. Quite a heavy crease across top corner of the back cover. Some staining to the lower fore-edge of the last 15 or so pages (text not affected at all). The spine is uncreased and the binding is tight.
