From the colophon: Five hundred copies of this book were printed by Will Henry Powers and Wesley B. Tanner in Berkeley. The title page portrait was cut in wood by Rik Olson of South San Francisco. Stan Nelson of Columbia, Maryland created the special [character] character for this book, cutting the punch and driving the matrix. Phelps/Schaefer Litho-Graphics Co. of Brisbane printed the illustrations. The type, Monotype Scotch Roman, was composed by Mackenzie-Harris Corp. of San Francisco.The paper is Mohawk Superfine Text. The books were bound in San Francisco by Cardoza-James Binding Co.

A fine copy in the original plain DW, which is unworn but shows a few rubs, in archival mylar.
